This page explains what we collect when you use the guide, why, who we share it with, and how to have it deleted. Brazil's data protection law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018) applies.

The short version: we keep the minimum needed to actually make your booking happen — your name, one way to reach you, and your conversation with Zeca. We don't sell any of it, and we never store card numbers anywhere.

What we collect

We never ask for a tax ID, an identity document, or a card number in the chat. If someone asks you for that claiming to be us, it's a scam.

Our legal basis

Who we share with

Only whoever your booking needs:

We don't sell, rent or hand your data to third-party advertising.

How long we keep it

Your rights

Under the LGPD (art. 18) you can ask at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete what we aren't legally required to keep, export it, or withdraw consent.

Write to contato@destina.me and we'll answer within 15 days. To wipe what's on your device, use the ↺ button at the top of the chat or clear site data in your browser.

Minors

The guide is built for adults. Bookings for children are made by a responsible adult, using their own contact details.

Changes

If this changes, the date at the top changes with it. Significant changes appear in the chat.
